The bath lift works perfectly for transferring my 11 year old disabled son into and out of the bath. I love the fact that it is portable and can be easily removed and stored away after each bath and, if necessary, taken along on a trip, etc. The assembly instructions were not much use (not being in English) but the bath lift is so easy to put together that instructions are not really needed. The cover on the seat itself does at times budge a little when swinging my son’s legs back over to take him out the bath, but in no way is the safety or convenience of the product compromised because of it and it just barely warrants comment. Prima Care’s stellar service certainly does warrant comment though and their customer support, both before and after sale, has been exceptional!
